Concrete Sculptor Helper
Geostabilization International®
GeoStabilization International provides geotechnical solutions to stabilize and protect infrastructure.
Maintain clear and effective communication with crew members, project managers, warehouse, engineers, and other team members to coordinate sculpting activities.
Adhere to quality, safety and environmental guidelines that align with GSI’S, state and federal guidelines.
Assist in soils earth work and additional duties as requested, including site preparation, operations and clean up.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, and use hands and fingers to operate machinery, tools, computers, telephones, and keyboards.
Finish concrete with attention to detail, ensuring durability and a professional appearance.
Frequently required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials.

Color, sculpt, carve, and texture concrete surfaces with precision to meet design specifications.
Proficiently execute varied surfaces like stacked stone, geologic and ashlar.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software preferred
Excellent time management skills: proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with sculpting tools and equipment.
The noise level in the work environment is moderate to high and hearing protection is often required.
Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
Read and understand measurements and technical specifications
MUST have the ability to travel extensively on a rotating schedule, typically consisting of 2 - 5 weeks working / travelling, 1 week off.
1-3 or more years of experience performing complex, high-volume concrete sculpting, coloring and texturing, preferably in a commercial or public environment.
Ability to work at vertical heights.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds regularly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The physical environment requires the employee to work both outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
