Maintains inventory levels, ordering amounts, timing of orders, receiving, invoice settling, and equipment.
Direct oversight of the beverage program, to include purchasing and monthly inventory of all beer, wine, liquor and NA beverage product.
Establish and uphold expectations for cleanliness, dress, decorum and other service standards, consistently monitor for adherence.
Implement corrective procedures as necessary to help ensure that budget goals are achieved.

Bachelor’s degree (BA) from four-year college or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
