You will coordinate and supervise the quality performance of mechanics and service personnel, schedule repairs for both customer and company‑owned rental equipment, and maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100 % satisfaction. Promptly responding to and resolving customer inquiries, requests, and complaints is essential, as is providing employee training, development, and maintaining a safe work environment.
