Lead weekly on-site construction meetings
Track schedules, construction milestones, and issue resolution with precision and urgency
Ensure execution aligns with design intent, quality expectations, and investor objectives
Collaborate closely with the design, development, and finance teams in a "studio model" project structure
Act as the key point of contact for general contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Help build iconic places and your own reputation in the process
Manage procurement workflows, contract negotiations, and draw processes
Represent ownership in the field, overseeing all aspects of construction execution

Enjoy high autonomy and visibility reporting directly to the senior executive team
Miami-based (required) – with willingness to travel weekly or as needed for select projects
7+ years’ experience in real estate development, construction management, or as a GC/owner’s rep
Able to navigate high-touch, high-stakes environments involving sales, ownership, consultants, and trades
Background with top-tier general contractors, real estate developers, or advisory/PM firms
