Description

Collaborate with proposed Project & Corporate Leadership during the proposal period to support the development of the project execution strategy.
Support organizing and presentation the proposal execution plan to the project team prior to submission of the proposal.
Support the development of a project timeline during the proposal period, which will serve as the basis for a project engineering, procurement, construction, and start-up (EPCS) schedule. Assist with Implementing the AWP Process for the creation of the Work Breakdown Structure.
Monitor and support the development of project constructability/best practice strategies from the collection of lesson’s learned through a series of site audits and communication workshops.
Support the development, creation, and compilation of the different components of a project execution plan from various corporate support groups, e.g. safety and quality, as well as operational groups, e.g. engineering, procurement and construction.
