Description

Working closely with the CTO and the wider IT team, you will support internal teams and remote users across the UK, ensuring systems are secure, reliable and optimised for productivity.

• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access and identity protection; automate onboarding/offboarding.
• Configure and maintain Windows 11 devices via Microsoft Intune, including compliance policies, Autopilot and update rings.
• Administer Microsoft Defender XDR suite (Endpoint, Identity, Office 365, Cloud Apps) and monitor security alerts.
• Support Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and RingCentral telephony.
• Provide first and second‑line technical support to onsite and remote users, delivering guidance and documentation.
• Automate routine tasks with PowerShell and evaluate new cloud features to improve operations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Defender and Windows 11.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust, MFA, Conditional Access and cloud‑first architectures.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and task automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer‑focused attitude.
• Bonus: Azure fundamentals, cloud‑native networking, M365 backup solutions.
