Knowledge of Yardi software is also a plus
Forward-thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to set priorities, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Minimum of 2-3 years of general accounting experience. Commercial real estate accounting is a plus.
Attention to detail and great organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft applications
1099 preparation and processing
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
