Commercial Manager

• Provide commercial advice to project teams and senior management
• Prepare, review, and negotiate tender submissions, budgets, and contracts
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and health & safety regulations
• Lead the commercial management of MEP projects from pre-contract to completion
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, and margins to ensure financial targets are met
• Develop and maintain strong client, subcontractor, and supplier relationships
• Manage change control, variations, and claims in accordance with contract terms

We are seeking an experienced MEP Commercial Manager to join our team in the Midlands. You will play a pivotal role in managing the commercial aspects of our MEP projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and strong client relationships across multiple sectors.

• Relevant qualification in Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying is desirable
• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager within MEP or building services projects
• Commercial awareness and a proactive problem-solving approach
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and cost control
