CADD Designer

Description

• Collaborate with civil engineers and project leaders to develop engineering designs.
• Utilize Civil 3D or equivalent CADD software alignment, profile and grading features to produce engineered construction plans and sheet set ups from verbal instructions, preliminary concepts, and marked up plans.
• Follow internal and/or client procedures and standards.
• Produce a variety of design Plans, maps, quantities, and bills of materials.

Requirements

• Graphics and/or drafting technical school certificate; associates degree preferred.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, gINT, ArcGIS, and other graphics-related software.
• 2-4 years of related experience in CADD design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, innovative problem-solving skills.
• Able to utilize Microsoft Office suit of programs, such as Word and Excell.
• Ability to work as a team player, take direction, and interact well with others.
