Own and continuously improve the internal quality audit program, including standards and checklists.
Analyze audit data to identify systemic issues and lead network-wide problem-solving initiatives.

Oversee critical-to-quality equipment inventory; ensure standardization and deployment of equipment changes across the network (e.g., compression testers, impact testers, wireless tools, carbon ovens).

Experience with internal auditing programs and Quality Management Systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
Analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel up to 50% to support plant needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Plastics, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in Quality and Auditing.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Excellent organizational and time management skills; resilience and resourcefulness.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
