Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, landscape architecture, or a related field and possess at least three years of land‑site development experience, including utilities, drainage, quality control, and entitlement work. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and the Microsoft Office suite is required, along with a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel overnight occasionally. A professional engineer (PE) or landscape architect license is preferred, and strong written and verbal communication, self‑motivation, and a goal‑oriented mindset are essential.
- Hold a BS in civil engineering, landscape architecture, or related field with 3+ years relevant experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite.
