What you would be doing

- Cleaning and maintenance of:
- Work with outside vendors and contractors to fulfill work orders

- Minimum six months of prior experience in maintenance and janitorial work, preferably in an apartment or residential setting
- Knowledge of and demonstrated skills in handling cleaning and maintenance equipment
- interior courtyards and walkways, including light fixtures, hallways, inside windows, vents, etc.
- Knowledge in basic home repair and troubleshooting of - but not limited to - electrical, plumbing, home appliances, and kitchen & bathroom installations
- Ability to work with people in a positive and cooperative manner
