Account Executive

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand industry trends.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning.
• Deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations of the product to a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Establish and develop relationships with potential clients within key targeted sectors

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organisation.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing / E-Commerce
• Process-driven mindset, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• At least 1 year working as a SaaS AE

The role has a global remit which means as an AE you have an unlimited scope on where to win new clients. As the company continues to scale there will be a clear path to Senior AE and Team Lead.
