Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator in commercial construction (Tier 1 / Tier 2 experience highly regarded).
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
Collaborative, solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills.
Proficiency with construction management systems (Jobpac, Procore, Aconex or similar).
Experience managing high-volume contract administration in fast-paced project environments.
Strong understanding of head contract and subcontract conditions, procurement, variations, progress claims and commercial governance.
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and documentation discipline.
