  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Ultrasonic and radar flow and level transmitters and sensors.

  • Capacity to think, concentrate, and focus for long periods.
  • Capacity to reason and make sound decisions.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and capabilities in the theory, installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of general instrumentation and controls, including:
  • Ability to pass specific training and qualifications.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including shift work, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strategic thinking and planning for growth.
  • Availability for shift work, if needed.
  • Pressure, flow, and temperature instrumentation, including gauges, transmitters, and switches.
  • Ability to work at varying heights, in cramped quarters, extreme heat and/or cold, and loud environments (above 89 decibels).
  • Prior nuclear power plant experience, highly desired.
  • Electrical elementary drawings.
  • Successful completion of all training including, Radiation Worker Training, Plant Access Training, Fitness for Duty, etc.
  • Wire terminations, including splicing, lugging, and Raychem, in accordance with design standards.
  • Knowledge of relevant processes and procedures.
  • Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain knowledge of technical manuals and procedures.
  • Ability to support other crafts as requested.
