- Willingness to work overtime, including shift work, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strategic thinking and planning for growth.
- Availability for shift work, if needed.
- Pressure, flow, and temperature instrumentation, including gauges, transmitters, and switches.
- Ability to work at varying heights, in cramped quarters, extreme heat and/or cold, and loud environments (above 89 decibels).
- Prior nuclear power plant experience, highly desired.
- Electrical elementary drawings.
- Successful completion of all training including, Radiation Worker Training, Plant Access Training, Fitness for Duty, etc.
- Wire terminations, including splicing, lugging, and Raychem, in accordance with design standards.
- Knowledge of relevant processes and procedures.
- Ability to understand and carry out written and oral instructions.
- Ability to obtain and maintain knowledge of technical manuals and procedures.
- Ability to support other crafts as requested.
