If you’re an experienced QS looking to step into a key role on a major civils scheme, this is well worth considering.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple packages and deadlines confidently
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Senior QS on civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, or large construction projects
Chartered or working toward chartership (RICS / ICES / CIOB) desirable
Strong commercial and contractual understanding (NEC experience advantageous)
