Manage Windchill vaulting and file system storage infrastructure.
Support Windchill integrations with CAD tools (e.g., Creo), ERP systems, and other enterprise systems.
Perform root cause analysis and resolve application/system-level problems.
Work with cross-functional teams including PLM business analysts, developers, DBAs
Manage user authentication (LDAP/SSO integration), roles, and access control policies.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of the Windchill system.
Install, configure, and maintain Windchill servers (Application, MethodServer, BackgroundMethodServer).
Perform Windchill upgrades, patches, and hotfix deployments.
Ensure data protection, backups, disaster recovery planning, and compliance with IT policies.
Monitor Windchill logs and alerts to proactively identify issues.
Manage Windchill components like WindchillDS (Directory Server), Apache/NGINX, Tomcat, and database connectivity (Oracle/MS SQL).
L1/L2/L3 (Application Maintenance support) IT & Administration support experience
Experience range: 7 - 10 years
Very good Communication skills and customer handling
Deep knowledge of PTC Windchill 11.x/12.x administration.
Understanding of ITIL practices and change management processes.
