You will lead supply planning for engineer-to-order projects, managing 12–36+ month horizons, develop and maintain capacity models and safety stock policies tailored to high-mix, low-volume production and engineering change variability.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
You will monitor KPIs such as Supply Plan Accuracy, On-Time Delivery for ETO projects, Inventory Turns, and Asset Utilization, apply Lean and Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement, leverage ERP (SAP S/4), APS, and BI tools to enhance planning accuracy and responsiveness, explore automation and AI-driven planning tailored to ETO complexity.
You will mentor planners in best practices, promote a culture of cross-functional collaboration, agility, and data-driven decision-making.
You will facilitate monthly Supply Review meetings focused on internal and external supply capability, and demand/supply balancing, prepare pre-read materials and document decisions, ensuring alignment with engineering and project management, champion the Supply Review process, ensuring alignment with Demand Review and Integrated Reconciliation, translate supply capability and constraints into project timelines, financial projections, and operational commitments.
You will implement “Plan for Every Part” with a focus on unique and long-lead-time components, maintain accurate ERP parameters and drive supplier collaboration to ensure timely material forecasts and availability for each engineered order.
You will conduct what-if analyses for disruptions (e.g., engineering changes, raw material shortages, supplier delays), develop contingency plans for capacity bottlenecks and supply chain shocks specific to ETO projects.

5 to 7 years in supply planning, material management, or S&OP preferably with experience of industrial equipment manufacturing.
Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
Proven experience in capacity modeling, inventory optimization, and risk management. Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP S/4 – MM, PP).
Possibility to gain experience in international environment and work with an industry leader in green energy solutions.
Strong analytical skills with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel.
Certifications: CPIM or equivalent preferred.
You hold a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
