The Grout Medic, a well‑established company in Monmouth County, is seeking experienced tile and grout technicians to serve Central NJ and surrounding areas. We bring grout and tile back to life! • Tile installation, tile replacement, re‑grouting, re‑caulking, grout cleaning, grout color sealing, and water‑damage repair behind tile
• Valid driver’s license with clean record required
• Patient, friendly, systematic, and detail‑oriented demeanor
• Experience with silicone caulk and sanded or unsanded grout
• Ability to follow procedures and respond to customer needs
• Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
• Must own a cell phone
• Fluent English communication skills
• U.S. citizenship or valid work permit required
• Willingness to undergo a background check

• $18–$28 hourly pay, based on experience and references
• One week paid vacation after one year of employment
