Annual Tactical planning – preparation of budget and execution plans working with regional and global business unit leadership
Strategic Planning (one, three- and five-years planning), working with the business unit leadership to develop specific market sector and customer level plans, aligned with Group directives
Lead by example through day-to-day exhibition of Exyte’s core values
Provides input to marketing and technical groups on marketing and sales plans. This includes recommendations for product and territorial opportunities, representing and promoting the company at networking events, professional and industry associations, society meetings, conferences, and tradeshows.
Lead the development of the overall Win Strategy that considers the solution to be delivered and the target cost, margin and offer price necessary to be both profitable and commercially competitive
Maintain a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels.
Develops presentation strategy, support materials and visuals; coordinates and critiques rehearsals and presentations
Develop and expand the company’s participation in project opportunities for the business unit.
