- Maintain and update resumes, project profiles, forms, and other standard proposal materials.
- Assist senior staff by preparing assigned proposal deliverables and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal team members to gather necessary information, documentation, and content.
- Maintain organized and accessible proposal content libraries and templates.
- Coordinate proposal activities for multiple pursuits, tracking deadlines and ensuring all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
- Assist with data entry within CRM/ ERP systems.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in proposal coordination or related roles, preferably within the A/E/C industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with local public agencies and subconsultant roles is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
