AC Mobile Engineer
Bellrock Group
Provides property and facilities management services across multiple sectors.
Mobile AC Engineer handling installation, maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
Participate in the out of hours call out rota if required.
Undertake regular PPM checks.
Report any H&S issues, concerns, bad practice, or non-compliance to Management.
Ordering materials for jobs.
Preparing quotes.
Provide support to colleagues of other trades when required.
Provide before and after photos on work carried out.
Working closely with the PPM & Scheduling team, ensuring all tasks are carried out in a timely fashion.
Provide timely, accurate worksheets and timesheets.
Maintain and exercise diligence with company plant/equipment - promptly highlighting any issues to line managers when necessary.
Undertake planned & reactive tasks such as test, inspect and repair commercial air conditioning/ AHU plant / services within buildings comprising of Staff Office, laboratory & Data Centres.

Comfortable using CAFM handheld devices to manage maintenance and reactive tasks
Proven track record in the trade.
F-Gas Certification (Category 1)
Mechanical fitting.
C&G electrical installation or equivalent.
Full UK driving Licence.
Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work independently
Proven experience in installation, service, and maintenance of HVAC systems
Refrigeration OX and chillers.
Driving in a safe and diligent manner observing road traffic legislation.
IPAF / PASMA preferred but not essential
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent)
