What you would be doing

You will play a vital part in supporting the project and site teams by ensuring that drawings and key documents are processed, uploaded, and maintained accurately within the company’s construction management system, Procore.

  • Provide general administrative and document control support as needed
  • Liaise with site teams to maintain up-to-date drawing registers
  • Process incoming drawings received via email and upload them to the Procore construction system
  • Upload key project documents to the system as required
  • Print large-format drawings for distribution to site teams
  • Ensure all uploads and filing are accurate and correctly logged

Data Entry / Document Controller (Temporary to Permanent)

  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office (essential)
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
  • Knowledge of construction terminology is advantageous, but not essential
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Experience using Procore (desirable, but training can be provided)
  • Excellent attention to detail
