

Provides infrastructure, construction, and engineering services for telecommunications and energy sectors.
The role requires 100 % travel and involves installing, maintaining, and operating a variety of telecom equipment, including wired, wireless, fiber optic, and microwave systems. You will follow MasTec’s health, safety, and environmental policies as well as industry standards such as OSHA, TIA‑10‑48, NATE CTS, and ANSI, while performing site preparation, material handling, and equipment installation.
Key duties include climbing towers and ladders, erecting different tower types, and assisting with lifts using helicopters, cranes, or gin‑poles. You will also support antenna and transmission‑line installations, assemble monopoles and other tower structures, and mentor less‑experienced technicians.
Candidates must have at least four years of tower experience, a high-school diploma, the ability to lift 50 lb and work up to 12 hours, and a valid driver’s license. Familiarity with safety regulations is required, and a PWSA certification is a plus.
