The incumbent will lead and support high‑value pursuits across IFM, Property Management, Capital Markets, Leasing, Valuations, and PDS, shaping competitive value propositions and enhancing proposal storytelling, commercial clarity, and client‑ready presentations. By coordinating solutioning, pricing strategies, and enterprise‑wide pursuit governance, they will drive a “One Cushman” alignment and use win/loss analysis, client feedback, and market intelligence to continuously improve pursuit performance.
In addition, the role oversees enterprise‑wide programs focused on service quality, operational excellence, digital adoption, and business transformation. This includes establishing clear governance, milestone tracking, and accountability structures, identifying bottlenecks early, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable outcomes aligned with strategic priorities. The leader also tracks key metrics and KPIs, synthesising insights to support executive decision‑making and recommending process and operating‑model enhancements.
The Associate Director will facilitate alignment across business lines, supporting planning cycles, strategy reviews, and enterprise‑wide communication for major initiatives. They will build strong internal relationships to simplify decision‑making, act as a central connector, and mentor pursuit, BD, and program teams to uplift skills in strategy, storytelling, proposal‑writing, and operational discipline. Developing standardized frameworks, templates, and quality benchmarks for client‑facing deliverables is also part of the remit.
Ideal candidates have 5–8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, enterprise program management, pursuits/business development, or operations, with a proven ability to lead high‑impact initiatives in matrix organisations. Strong commercial instincts, analytical problem‑solving, exceptional communication, stakeholder‑management, and influencing abilities are essential. A background in professional services or real estate is beneficial but not mandatory; high integrity, maturity, and a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset are critical.
