In this role you will keep automation projects moving by partnering with system integrators and manufacturers, supporting data‑center startups, leading startup and acceptance testing for warehouse and manufacturing systems, and working with automation engineers to test, troubleshoot, and validate their solutions on‑site. You will provide clear communication to customers and project teams while following travel rotation schedules that keep you on the road and exposed to new challenges.
We are opening our 2026 hiring pipeline for curious, adaptable problem‑solvers who love travel, hands‑on work, and being part of a team that knows your name. If you can laugh through flight delays, figure things out on the fly, and enjoy solving complex problems, this role may be a perfect fit. Our four‑week paid training prepares technically skilled individuals, but success requires a basic foundation in electrical systems, programming, and communication networking.
We are looking for candidates who love travel, can live within 50 miles of a major airport, own a personal vehicle available within 45 days, and are authorized to work in the U.S. A technical degree or at least three years of hands‑on experience in electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering is required, along with strong communication, problem‑solving, and adaptability skills.
