Provide input and support to the MD on key decisions. Serve as a sounding board and strategic advisor, based on the data analytics and market scenario
Work closely with the MD to set and implement organisation and Business strategy
Oversee special projects and high-priority initiatives from start to finish
Support communication between the executive team and the wider organisation
Represent the MD in meetings and communications as required.
Optimise internal processes for greater efficiency and informed decision-making
Follow up on action items and hold stakeholders accountable
