Design control panel layouts, BOM’s, Nameplate Schedules, AC and/or DC wireway layouts.
Develop Conceptual design reports and Concept of Operation Documents.
Prepare Engineering Specifications.
Development of I/O wiring diagrams, AC and/or DC power distribution diagrams, I/O Lists.
Develop Bill of Materials and Estimates for Design projects.
Prepare drawings detailing the system designed utilizing AutoCAD and REVIT.
Coordinate work with engineers of other disciplines and architects
Engaging with instrumentation vendors and manufactures to understand product capabilities.
Instrumentation specifications and selection of instruments using an Instrument Index and/or instrument data sheets.
Proficiency with Rockwell Automation, Siemens, Schneider, Wonderware SCADA manufacturers.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical of Chemical Engineering
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
10%-15% travel time expected with trip durations 1 to 2 weeks, local or international travel
Copper and fiber optic networks for the control system or SCADA.
EIT with plans of taking the Control Systems PE exam once requirements are met

Our Instrumentation & Controls Engineers provide technically complex and robust control systems to support water/wastewater facilities. Our Engineers are in involved in designing or integrating industrial process control systems. You will be exposed to and become proficient in the design and implementation of industrial control systems. Additional requirements include knowledge of PLC and HMI programming, panel designing, power distribution system, Mechanical Systems (Pump, Fuel and Generators), fire alarm and life safety systems and construction administration services.
