- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with AS9100 standards.
- Lead all aspects of quality assurance and compliance systems, ensuring continued alignment with customer specifications.
- Manage, mentor, and support the Inspection team, promoting accountability and performance enhancement.
- Provide leadership and training to team members on QHSE best practices and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including machining, planning, and sales, to drive quality and process improvements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure team adherence to precision engineering processes.
- Oversee health and safety management programmes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and fostering a culture of safety within the workplace.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure systems are adhered to and improvements are implemented as necessary.
