Perform PPM and Reactive Planned Maintenance (RPM) tasks assigned through Maximo or other designated systems. Sign off completed work and report any issues to the shift lead for rectification.

Management of daily operations and coordination of electrical service delivery and compliance.
Produce accurate and comprehensive technical reports related to electrical system installations, maintenance, and repairs. Ensure reports are of high quality and provide valuable insights.
Formulate operational strategies interfacing with client for educational properties and services.
Provide clear direction, objectives, and expectations to staff members. Regularly review their performance, provide constructive feedback, and recognise achievements. Identify development needs and provide opportunities for growth.

Previous managerial experience of a PFI/BSF contract within the Health environment or similar
Excellent communication skills and the ability to be in touch with all members of staff.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to coach and develop junior staff.
Knowledge of the commercial aspects of an FM contract.
Experience of undertaking HR procedures especially absence and performance management
Excellent understanding of Engineering Building Services installation and maintenance techniques.
Membership of Professional Body, e.g., BIFM, CIBSE, IAM, IET
People management experience including the ability to lead a team.
Strong knowledge of SHTM (Sottish Healthcare Technical Memorandum), PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance), and SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Technician or similar role in a healthcare environment.
