- Ensure timely completion of site surveys and fielding deliverables in accordance with customer deadlines and expectations.
- Interface with customers as needed to support ongoing project requirements and design validations.
- Perform field surveys to assess and document current conditions of OSP infrastructure.

- Experience in the Telecommunications Outside Plant engineering and/or construction industry is preferred.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possess strong professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Moderate to Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure.
- Should have good attitude and ability to work independently and as a team member.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.
- Proven experience in OSP field engineering, including field data collection and documentation.
- Ability to perform Field Surveys in all weather conditions.
- Ability to walk one or more miles daily.
- Ability to be unsupervised at times and adhere to all Cyient Safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to communicate daily progress status to all reporting managers & stakeholders.
- Should have good understanding of basic computer concepts and technology. Experience with Verizon Telecoms strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with GIS tools and digital data collection methods is a plus.
