The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the project managers throughout the complete project cycle. With a heavy focus on utilizing Procore, the role of a PC will be to ensure all documentation is managed effectively, as well as being a support to Superintendents.

  • Consistently complete and distribute weekly project status reports.
  • Prepare warranty package and requirements (i.e. O&M)
  • Coordinate completion of deficiency list items
  • Convey information, updates, and ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Assist with procurement of materials and equipment
  • Send draft manual to owners or architects for review and approval.
  • Coordinate RFI process with affected trades and maintain logs.
  • Ensure project documents are current and available for subtrades.
  • Follow up to ensure completion
  • Coordinate subtrades efficiently.
  • Set up deficiency list in PM software, track and maintain list
  • Build the operations and maintenance manual.
  • Ensure project is following specifications set out by owner or architect.
  • Engage subtrades to collect required documents.
  • Accurately maintain files, logs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Change events and Prime Contract Change Order Development
  • Prepare purchase requisitions.
  • Follow-up and monitor to ensure smooth transitions and task completion.
  • Review and process PO’s and subcontracts as per Keller procedure
  • Consult with trades/consultants.
  • Engage Superintendents to collect all required reports
  • Review and distribute drawings.
  • Facilitates stakeholder meetings
  • Evaluate and manage warranty claims/items

  • Demonstrated experience with document control and compilation, multiple project file management and record keeping
  • A history of project coordination experience, preferably in the commercial and retail petroleum construction industry
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email and in person
  • Comfortable with technology and adept at embracing continuous change
  • Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) or related education
