Recognize potential challenges with parcel titling and communicate same to collaborating team members.
Update and maintain client’s CRM database with all projects from the beginning until completed and/or constructed
Reviewing public records to assist the team in determining the locations and contact information for non-resident property owners.
Document due diligence in legal compliance ascertaining parcel ownership
Utilizing County/City GIS systems to verify legal descriptions of property
Title examination involving the review of deeds, wills, list of heirs, and other vesting instruments necessary to determine ownership of parcels, source and compile surveys and property descriptions, and search for existing deeds of easement as required.
Provide support with clients and staff within CRM databases by adding, deleting, and updating tract/parcel records as required
Compile project database of property research including current tax documents, vesting instruments, property surveys, and utility easements of record from scope documents provided by client.
Collaboration with the client and internal Right of Way, Design, and Survey teams to communicate and maintain records of updates to parcel ownership that occur as projects are worked
Consulting and problem-solving with team members and clients internally and externally as needed involving tract/parcels as they relate to assigned project

Experience in title research or real estate a plus, research or legal experience preferred, familiarity with real estate and related legal documents
