Perform administrative duties to support the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and the North America TA Team
Facilitates weekly orientation meeting for new hires
Collect I-9 documentation and review
Field questions from hiring managers and candidates via phone and the recruitment functional mailbox
Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency
Coordinate the candidate on-boarding process and experience including background check monitoring, and entry of new hires into HR Information System
Assist managers and Talent Acquisition Partners with the vacancy request process (opening requisitions within the applicant tracking system (ATS), scheduling intake meetings with hiring managers, etc.)
Assist with posting positions internally and on external job boards
Run weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reports
Maintains ATS ensuring information is correct and up to date
Provide point of administrative delegation for Talent Acquisition Partners
Connection – Build meaningful connections with other DLL members
