You'll own the entire lettings journey - from first enquiry to move-in day and beyond. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll craft innovative leasing strategies, analyze market trends, and present insights directly to clients. This is your chance to influence real business decisions and drive measurable results.

• Coordinate renewals and maximize retention

• Monday to Saturday, 9am-6pm (5 days over 7, with day off in lieu)
• 10% discretionary year-end bonus
• Competitive basic salary of £34,000
