Gather requirements for new data submissions and reports, designing and implementing new processes to support these needs
Ensure teams have the appropriate training, documentation, and tools to effectively follow and maintain processes
Coordinate data and reporting outputs such as Environmental Information Requests (EIRs), Annual Performance Reports (APR), and other regulatory returns
Map and document processes for data and reporting outputs across wastewater services, including storm and emergency overflows, flow (FFT and DWF), treatment, pollutions, sewer flooding, UV, and blockages
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency
Maintain and update documentation within the MCERTS quality management system
