The associate will process customer orders for shipment, receive inbound material from internal and external suppliers, and operate within all established policies and procedures. Performance is measured against targets for productivity, quality, attendance, safety, and on‑time shipping.
Key duties include ensuring order accuracy, operating RF devices, conducting cycle counts, picking and packing orders, receiving and putting away product in correct bins, and performing value‑added services such as labeling, packaging, and providing required paperwork. The role also requires accurate reporting of shipments and handling any non‑conformances per ISO and Sandvik procedures.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be able to lift up to 50 lb, and stand 6‑8 hours per shift. They should possess strong knowledge of WMS and ISO systems, understand ADC warehouse processes, have basic computer skills, be team‑driven, result‑oriented, and have a flexible schedule.
