- Ensure compliance with relevant international and local standards, and best practices for ropeway infrastructure projects.
- Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for project documentation and approvals.
- Collaborate with civil, structural, and environmental teams to support corridor alignment, station design, and foundation selection.
- Conduct geotechnical site investigations along the proposed ropeway corridor to evaluate site conditions, soil stability, and related environmental impacts.
- Provide technical input during the construction phase, addressing geotechnical challenges as needed.
- Analyze soil data and ground conditions to inform design and construction decisions for ropeway towers, stations, and corridors.
- Recommend effective geotechnical solutions and design modifications to ensure the safety, sustainability, and climate resilience of the ropeway system.
- Assess risks associated with soil behavior, slope stability, and ground movement in the context of ropeway infrastructure.

- Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills in English.
- At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in geotechnical investigation and assessment on ropeway or similar infrastructure projects.
- Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with environmental impact assessment and climate resilience in infrastructure planning.
- Proven knowledge of soil mechanics, slope stability, ground improvement, and geotechnical risk assessment.
- Experience with geotechnical software and analytical tools.
- Experience working on international or development projects, especially in challenging terrain or seismic regions, is an advantage.
