Lead and manage Production Supervisors across multiple manufacturing business lines.
Oversee daily production operations to meet schedule, output, and quality requirements.

The Production Manager oversees all manufacturing lines within the facility, managing a team of Production Supervisors and ensuring operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Develop and execute production plans.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance.
Monitor KPIs (OEE, scrap, yields, productivity, downtime).
Manage labor budgets and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA.
Implement Lean Manufacturing and CI initiatives.
Drive workforce development.
Ensure SOP compliance.
