

Provides automation solutions and training in industrial automation, digital marketing & embedded systems.
Identify new business opportunities based on research and field insights.
Gather information about local market trends and competitor activity.
Submit weekly updates to the reporting manager.
Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads generated, and follow-up status.
Fix appointments for the sales team when required.
The Business Development Executive (Field Work) will be responsible for generating new business leads, conducting field visits, identifying potential customers, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities into business. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and daily field travel.
Generate leads through direct marketing, door-to-door visits, surveys, and local networking.
Collect customer data and inquiries through field interactions.
Conduct field visits within the assigned territory to identify new potential clients.
Introduce company products/services to potential customers during field visits.
Experience: 0–3 Years
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Understand customer requirements and share product/service details.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
