- Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Remove old systems and install new systems; following the installation checklist.
- Keep the customer informed of what you are doing when you are doing it, and how it will be done.
- Maintain required equipment and inventory in the truck for maximum efficiency.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
- Meet local HVAC codes and follow all safety guidelines that apply.
- Work with and train any install helpers assigned to work with you.
- Follow proper procedures for obtaining purchase orders, material recycling, etc.
- Ensure that all requests for installations have been closed out and completed.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

- Excellent organization, planning, and follow-through abilities.
- Prior HVAC installation experience in a Senior or Lead role (with at least 5+ years of total HVAC installation experience).
- Have and maintain a clean driving record.
- Experience overseeing less-experienced techs and ensuring their work is done efficiently and with a high-quality standard.
- Quality HVAC expert & exceptional customer service
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
