The General Manager will be accountable for driving member experience, people management, culture, commercial performance and operational standards across the site, working closely with sales and marketing teams to support initiatives and retain clients.
The ideal candidate has proven people‑management experience in hospitality, retail or coworking, strong financial acumen, exceptional organisational skills, a customer‑service mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, stakeholder‑rich environment.
The position is a six‑month contract with a 37.5‑hour week and includes benefits such as a uniform allowance, learning and development opportunities, 28 days of holiday plus your birthday off, monthly lunch vouchers, Health Shield reimbursements and access to up to six counselling sessions per year.
