- Coordinate schedules and facilitate communication to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in gathering and comparing estimates from various subcontractors.
- Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and company management.

- Strong knowledge of common repair and maintenance tasks.
- Minimum 3 years of handyman experience, preferably in a multi-project environment.
