ITS Specialist
Apex Clean Energy
Accelerates the shift to clean energy by developing, constructing and operating utility‑scale wind, solar and storage.
Provide frontline technical support for Apex Clean Energy's IT systems, ensuring end users have the tools they need and troubleshooting technical issues.
Serve as primary point of contact for IT support tickets; resolve issues across Windows, networking, and collaboration tools
Contribute to endpoint patching, software deployment, and lifecycle management
Provision, configure, and maintain user accounts, endpoints, and mobile devices
Document solutions in the IT knowledge base to ensure repeatability and team learning
Support OT/site systems in collaboration with OT administrators and engineers
Assist with IT projects, including hardware rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, and security initiatives
Communicate clearly with end users, providing updates and guidance in a professional manner
Participate in after-hours support as needed
Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues to Systems Engineering or other teams when appropriate
