Labor Productivity
The Terafab platform enhances efficiency through advanced robotics and AI.
17 MW
Commercial Deployment
Successfully installed a notable solar project in Arizona.
3 TW
Total Capacity
The software suite has simulated an impressive amount of solar potential across numerous projects.
Founded in 2019 by seasoned solar-industry veterans in Berkeley.
To revolutionize utility-scale solar, they have raised over $200 million, including a $130 million Series C led by SoftBank to scale its robotics-enabled construction system.
Its flagship Terafab platform combines robotics, AI, and digital twin tools to halve installation time and boost labor productivity.
In 2023, Terafab achieved its first commercial deployment at Arizona’s White Wing Ranch.
Its software suite—PlantPredict, Construct, SCADA/Plant Controls—supports design, modeling, construction management, and operations.
PlantPredict has simulated over 30,000+ projects; Construct manages multiple large-scale projects; its controls cover significant capacity.
Notable achievements include fully automated field factories, elimination of manual lifting, 24/7 operation, and reuse of packaging materials.
Clients include major developers and EPCs; typical projects are large utility-scale solar farms benefiting from cost, speed, and safety gains.
With recurring revenue in the tens of millions, Terabase Energy is driving solar deployment toward terawatt scale.
