Creation of KPIs and building of reports/dashboards to track performance of the Mid-Market Pricing team
Validating both outbound prices and incoming contracts to ensure they meet the needs of our customers whilst also delivering the expected value to our P&L
Taking a proactive role in the identification and implementation of improvements to pricing, quotation and acceptance processes including automating manual processes, removing blockers, and simplifying processes all aiming for a smooth end to end process with limited touchpoints
Maintain and update the requisite process documentation and training this out to the wider B2B Pricing team as required
Validation of day-to-day price movements within our pricing systems
Ensure all service levels (SLAs) are met, with queries dealt with efficiently, accurately, and effectively
Support Sales by managing the Junifer ticket queue and Business Pricing Inbox where sales requests for pricing are raised
Implementing the Commercial Credit Policy and interpreting third party reports/company filings to determine the appropriate level of credit mitigation for contract requests
Scope out, request and test changes to the core pricing systems and models
