- Interagir avec les départements d’Opération, d’Ingénierie et d’Entretien particulièrement pour les entretiens préventifs, afin d’apporter les correctifs et les méthodes de réparation appropriées aux problèmes identifiés dans les listes de travaux.
- Vous interagissez constamment avec les autres dans une multitude d'unités d'affaires et communiquez efficacement avec eux pour développer des relations de travail positives
- Faites preuve de jugement et d'initiative dans l'analyse des données obtenues de diverses sources et soyez en mesure d'identifier et de rapporter les conditions de coûts défavorables à partir des données recueillies.
- Faire les réservations et les achats pour les matériaux nécessaires à la réalisation des travaux.
- Appliquer les pratiques OEMS à toutes les opérations liées à la maintenance, assurer la conformité aux normes Suncor en matière de sécurité et d'intégrité opérationnelle, et identifier les opportunités liées aux exigences environnementales, sanitaires et sécuritaires
- Visiter les lieux de travail afin de déterminer les risques particuliers liés aux travaux et élaborer des plans d’exécution sûrs pour réduire ceux-ci.

- Polyvalence et disponibilité
- Certificat d'études secondaires ou diplôme de formation générale professionnelle
- 5+ ans d'expérience dans le domaine de l’instrumentation, de la planification de travaux d’instrumentation ou expérience connexe dans le domaine pétrochimique ou industrielle.
- Connaissance particulière des métiers de la construction ainsi que la prévention dans la planification du travail
- Bonne connaissance technique des exigences en matière de matériaux et de pièces.
- Excellente capacité à évaluer les tâches et à établir leur ordre d'exécution.
- Planifier des projets ou travaux d’Arrêts majeurs et au besoin, des travaux d’entretien de routine.

- Maîtrise d’un anglais fonctionnel
- Maîtrise informatique de la suite Microsoft Office; Connaissance pratique des systèmes informatisés de gestion de la maintenance (de préférence SAP) et des systèmes de gestion des matériaux
- Identifier les besoins en fournisseurs de services et faire les démarches afin de s’assurer de leurs disponibilités et habiletés à réaliser les mandats qui leurs seront confiés.
