

Provides consulting engineering services specializing in structural, MEP, and civil engineering.
Conduct quality control reviews of construction documents and assist with writing specifications.
Participate in meetings with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and professional development support.
Support project budgeting, scope, and scheduling while maintaining accurate labor and cost tracking.
Prepare technical reports identifying the cause and source of structural or façade failures.
Lead construction administration efforts, including review of shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
Oversee and supervise project progress in both design and field phases.
Perform structural analysis and prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
5-7 years of experience in structural or façade engineering.
Strong technical proficiency in Revit, RISA, ETABS, SAP, or related software.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or in progress.
A proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for problem-solving and innovation.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality standards.
BS or MS in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven client-facing experience.
Experience mentoring or supervising junior team members.

This position is classified as salaried, exempt. The hiring salary range for this role is anticipated to be $88,000 - $95,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications.
