You will be supporting the Ministry of Defence (MOD), Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth hand-back process for multiple contracts.

Work with Mitie teams to ensure contract compliance and law is correct,
Maintain hand-back programme and risk register,
Liaise with internal and external Stakeholders for regular updates on contract statuses etc,
Lead and coordinate contract hand-back and termination activities,
Manage updates, risks, and dependencies across the exit lifecycle,
Ensure accurate documentation (O&M manuals, compliance certificates, maintenance logs),
