Lead Builder (Weekends)

Description

• Plans ahead and communicates with appropriate parties on what material is needed.
• Ensures all team members have appropriate tools.
• Adheres to and promotes nVent/Trachte's quality and safety programs.
• Represents Trachte with professionalism and appropriate conduct when providing on-site services, working with the customer, customer representative, subcontractors, or fellow employees.
• Framing, installing interior liner panel, exterior sheeting, trim, doors & door hardware, gutters, hoods, pans, and hanging HVAC units.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and assigns tasks to team members based on skill sets.
• Coaches, trains, and mentors team members.
